Cost
If you are eligible for public funding (legal aid) your assessment (MIAM) is free and your next mediation session is also free and that includes the other party at no additional cost. The government wish to deter people from attending court and instead try mediation to resolve disputes.
If you are not eligible for public funding the following charges apply, we try to keep these costs to a minimum however as a charity we do have to cover our costs.
